Staying On the Road
Making pictures is like driving through a snowstorm at night. You just plow along, frightened and mesmerized, staying in the moment. Don't look left or right. Eyes on the road! Don't focus on the dazzling blinding white flakes.
No judgement or flights of fancy. Be nice to yourself. Relax. Keep painting.

At a Crossroads
Mad birds stalk away from a central meeting point. How'd they get there? And why are they all leaving at the same time? And why are they angry?
They are mad because they just heard about the most recent United Nations Climate Study that says the dear old planet has a few decades before all goes to Hell. Literally.
Wouldn't you be pissed?!
